Alba Cooperativa Sociale considers the training of its personnel to be absolutely essential, so as to enable the professional development of its members and to ensure they fulfil their potential. This is necessary to enable them to actively contribute to the achievement of the Missions of the health facilities in which they operate.

Alba's objective is to facilitate the continuous improvement of the quality of healthcare services, and training is a key tool for developing staff and ensuring they offer the maximum possible value. The objective is to develop their professional skills (technical-operational, organisational and relationship skills) as well as their personal qualities through stimulating personal growth (development of professionalism and dissemination of skills).
